ECONOMIC POINT

There will be a special event organized by Garuda Eleven that will enable the acquisition of points and collection of digital cards (NFT). Participants in the tournament will get a prize in the form of LDX Cryptocurrency, whose value varies according to the market exchange rate at the end of the tournament. The total value of LDX crypto tokens corresponds to the number of points collected at the time of tournament registration at prices following the market price at the time the tournament was opened. Participants in the player exchange will earn points. The original cryptographically secured NFT token is a transferable representation of the governance and utility functions associated with and defined in the Garuda Eleven protocol and is designed to be used only as a utility token within the Garuda Eleven ecosystem.

Points are an in-game medium currency that functions for exchange between participants in Garuda Eleven in a decentralized manner. The purpose of introducing points is to provide a convenient and secure mode of payment between participants interacting within the Garuda Eleven ecosystem; however, this is not, and is not intended to be, a medium of exchange accepted by the public, nor a medium of exchange outside the Garuda Eleven ecosystem as a means of payment for goods or services or for the settlement of debts; nor is it intended or designed to be used by anyone as payment for any goods or services not provided exclusively by Garuda Eleven. Points do not in any way represent any share ownership, participation, rights, title, or interest in any company or other business, nor do points entitle token holders to pledges, dividends, income, profits, or investment returns, and are not intended to be security anywhere. Points can only be used within the Garuda Eleven ecosystem, and ownership of points carries no express or implied rights other than using points as a means to enable playing and interaction within the Garuda Eleven ecosystem. Points also provide economic incentives that will be distributed to encourage Players' contributions and participation in the Garuda Eleven ecosystem, thereby creating a mutually beneficial system in which each participant is fairly compensated for their efforts.

Points are an integral and inseparable part of the Garuda Eleven ecosystem because, without points, there will be no incentive for Players to expend resources when participating in activities or providing services throughout the Garuda Eleven ecosystem. Bearing in mind that additional points will be awarded to Players only based on their Games, activities, and actual contribution to Garuda Eleven and/or in proportion to the frequency and volume of transactions of Garuda Eleven Players. Point holders who do not participate actively or passively will not receive additional point incentives.
